Assist in the admission process and act as a concierge for designated sponsor areas—may require standing for long periods of time. Read More.

Information Services
Act as tournament concierge for all patrons, manages Lost & Found and confiscated items, and may assist with sales. Read More.

Merchandise Sales
Help the Quail Hollow Club golf staff stock and sell merchandise to the patrons at the official merchandise tent and merchandise-check tent. Read More.

Special Needs
Responsible for assisting our disabled and special needs patrons by answering questions, directing, escorting, or transporting to seating areas or hospitality venues. Read More.

Will Call
Located offsite, in or near the patron parking lots, to help patrons drop off and pick up tickets, and to manage lost & found items and uniform pickup for out of town volunteers. Read More.
